Thelma Theater 12/10 to 12/12/69 |
Are there better sounding .shns than what's available at the archive? These are awesome shows, with the 12th being the standout. Both the 11th and 12th have over three hours of music and the boys are smokin', especially when Pig's got the mic. Unfortunately, I can't really recommend the versions that are here. Any help would be appreciated.

I believe that these are the most recent versions. While 12-10 ans 12-11 are less than spectacular sbds, I have found 12-12 to be outstanding for the time. And, yes, Pig owns these--especially 12-12.

as someone who was first introduced to 12-12-69 by way of a bootleg cd that had considerably poorer sound quality than the archive posted versions and had chpped the show down to 1 disk by eliminating most of the truely grate, hot music i must concur that these are some really pretty sweet sounding copies of these monster shows with the best one being 12-12.
having said that let me say here and now that IF there are better sources out there count me in line right now!
